INTERNATIONAL TAX AND SHIPPING COSTS?
For international orders, your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We don’t control these charges, they’re set by your local government, so be sure to check with your customs office if you’re unsure. We’ll make sure your order ships smoothly, but we can’t cover any surprise fees at the border.
WHAT IF MY GEAR ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WRONG?
That’s on us. Email us a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund you, no hassle.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Email us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Just note that customs fees or import taxes may apply when your order arrives—those are set by your country.
