We don’t control these charges, they’re set by your local government, so be sure to check with your customs office if you’re unsure. We’ll make sure your order ships smoothly, but we can’t cover any surprise fees at the border.

That’s on us. Email us a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund you, no hassle.
